Executive OS — Manager's Operating System
$49One place for your team, your priorities, and the decisions you keep re-making. The system the rest of these plug into.
Plotted Work Studio
Templates for the work that doesn't fit in a calendar — one-on-ones, performance, hiring, product research, competitive signals. Built by a former CX/UX researcher in big tech, now a strategist for early-stage startup teams, and used before they were sold.

Templates
Two kinds of work. Two focused collections.
Systems for the parts of management that don't fit in a calendar.

One place for your team, your priorities, and the decisions you keep re-making. The system the rest of these plug into.
See who you're overdue to meet, and carry each person's open items forward until they're done.
Log feedback when it happens, not the week review season opens.

Structured scorecards so a hiring decision rests on what candidates did, not who interviewed last.
For the people you manage, or for you. Evidence gathered all year, not reconstructed the week before.
Systems for the evidence behind product decisions — and for the researchers you work with.

Insights with evidence strength, linked to the studies and participants behind them. Know what a product decision actually rests on, months after the research ended.

Capture what you read — market reports, competitor posts, papers — with the author, source and publication date as real fields you can filter.
Track what competitors do, and how long it's been since you checked. Launches, pricing changes, funding, hiring.
Tell me what workflow currently breaks in your team. I build templates based on where managers and product teams lose the most time.
About
Most templates are either too generic to be useful or so elaborate you spend a weekend learning them. These are built the other way round: open one, understand it in a minute, use it that afternoon.
Every template here started as something I needed. The 1:1 tracker because I kept raising the same thing twice. The research repository because findings kept getting quoted long after the evidence had gone stale. If I wouldn't use it myself, it isn't here.
I'm Dominique — a former CX/UX researcher in big tech, now a strategist for early-stage startup teams, building tools and consulting from Seattle. Background in cognitive psychology and research methods, which is why these are built around how people actually work rather than how a system diagram says they should.
Consulting
Sometimes a template isn't the answer. If your team needs a Notion workspace designed around how you actually operate, or research and customer-discovery work done properly, that's what CX UX Spark does.
